Matraci.bg Custom Shopify Integration
Matraci.bg is a Bulgarian e-commerce retailer specializing in mattresses and sleep products. Operating primarily through Shopify, the business sells across multiple markets and channels, including their own online store and the eMAG marketplace (BG, RO, HU).
The Project
We built a custom Shopify embedded application that automates order processing and data synchronization across multiple business systems.
The app integrates Shopify with Prim ERP for automatic sales order creation, with eMAG Marketplace (BG/RO/HU) for order import, and with Microsoft Dynamics NAV for product, pricing, and inventory synchronization.
Key features:
- Automatic order sync to Prim ERP based on configurable rules (payment method, stock availability, brand, price ceiling)
- Manual sync directly from Shopify Admin via a custom action extension button
- Flexible field mapping — pay type, delivery code, POS code, and order number prefixes based on order tags
- eMAG Marketplace integration — automatic Shopify order creation from eMAG callbacks across three markets
- Scheduled XML product feed generation for eMAG
- Full product catalog, B2B price list, and inventory sync from NAV
- Real-time monitoring — order queue with full history, structured logs, and scheduled task management
- Automatic BGN → EUR currency conversion via the ECB Daily Feed
