Privacy Notice

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described here is NOPTECH, VAT number BG206783555, Vasil Stefanov 176, Sofia, Bulgaria.

For any question about this notice or about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and to carry on the conversation that follows.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract - and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Retention: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless the enquiry becomes a contractual relationship, in which case the correspondence is kept for as long as that relationship and any statutory limitation period require.

When you create an account

We store your email address and a hashed version of your password. Passwords are never stored in a readable form.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: until you ask us to delete the account.

When you simply browse

Our servers record the IP address, the time of the request, the pages requested, the referring page and the browser identification. These records keep the service secure and let us diagnose faults.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site. Retention: up to 12 months.

3. Cookies and analytics

Some cookies are required for the website to function at all - they keep your session, remember your language and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering a working site.

We also use analytics and marketing technologies that are not strictly necessary:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) - measures how the site is used, in aggregate.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) - measures the effect of our campaigns.

These place cookies and transmit data, including your IP address and browsing behaviour, to the providers named above, who may process it outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the country concerned or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can refuse or withdraw consent for these technologies at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect how parts of the site behave.

4. Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing. We do rely on service providers who process data on our instructions:

  • our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on;
  • Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers and protects the site;
  • our email provider, for sending and receiving correspondence;
  • the analytics and marketing providers listed in section 3.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. You may object to processing that we base on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw any consent you have given.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg, or with the authority in the country where you live.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed and salted, and access to the systems holding personal data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The current version is always the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
